The Document Management Operations Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of business, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the overall document management operations, ensuring that processes are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards and client requirements.
- Plan, organize, and oversee document scanning, digitization, storage, and destruction projects, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations effectively.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of all handled documents.
Skills/Experience
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of document management processes, including scanning, digitization, storage, and destruction would be considered an asset.
- Experience in cloud-based software platforms will also be considered an asset.
