This document (the “ Policy “) establishes and describes the methods through which E-Play24 ITA Limited (“ E-Play “, the “ Company “), as Data Controller, processes the Personal Data obtained from the visitor who accesses the website https://e-play24.com (the” Site “) and collected during the navigation of its contents as well as those provided by the user who contacts us through the registration form on the Site.

Contact form
The data collected through the Contact Form on the site, Name, Surname, e-mail address and telephone number are processed in order to identify and contact users who express their interest in an affiliation to the E-Play Commercial Network or who simply intend to obtain information.
Failure to provide one or more of the aforementioned Personal Data or, in any case, marked as mandatory in the Contact Form will make it impossible for the Company to communicate with the interested parties.
The processing of data through the contact form is based on the consent of the interested party.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. They are used for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter your details when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

HOW LONG WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data collected by E-Play are kept for the period of time necessary for the purpose for which they are collected and for at least 30 days from the date on which they were provided.
HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL DATA
E-Play has implemented a series of security, technical and organizational measures, in order to ensure that the processing of Personal Data always takes place in compliance with the highest industry standards. Among the security measures in adoption, pseudonymisation or anonymisation, encryption, double authentication systems, back-up and redundancy mechanisms. Similar precautions are also adopted by the other Group companies in the sense explained above.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you contacted us through the appropriate form, at any time you have the right to:
- Access your Personal Data, asking us what information the Company is processing and for what purposes or a detailed list;
- Request the rectification of your Personal Data;
- Revoke your consent to the processing, without affecting the validity of the processing in accordance with consent;
- Request the deletion of your Personal Data;
- Submit a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Guarantor or to any competent Supervisory Authority.
